Part-time internship opportunity at Housing Works, a non-profit in NYC. Due to the part-time status, you'd need to get creative about how to get to NYC for the summer. Perhaps another part-time internship at another firm? Sharing an apartment with other KCAI students for the summer?

Housing Works is a healing community of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services, and self-sustaining entrepreneurial ventures.

Through advocacy Housing Works fights to ensure that all people living with HIV/AIDS have access to quality housing, healthcare, and HIV prevention. We have provided an array of services to more than 20,000 homeless and low-income New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS since 1990.
